How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

By targeting a female demographic, we were able to make the Fitness Center a more approachable space. Our team showed our women how weightlifting is good for all bodies and ages.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

EmpowHER was a hit with our female members is now hosted as a pop up class to help teach proper form, exercises and techniques for female weightlifting.
