How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

Utilizing members as talent has drawn in more excitement than hired entertainment. Whether they are in the spot light performing, responsible for hair and makeup, set design, or costumes they are enthusiastic and engaged. All of the excitement generates crowds of exhilarated guests!

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

Several talented members were asked to join a small entertainment group run by one of our in house staff who had an art background. Word spread and now everyone wants to be apart of the show!
