How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

Our Equip-a-Kid initiative has added a new sense of excitement to our junior tennis program. The use of child-friendly props have brought about a new awareness of our preschool program offerings, as we are seeing an increase in participation among our three- and four-year-olds.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

The Equip-a-Kid initiative began as an idea brought forward by one of our new teaching pros as a memorable way to introduce himself to our junior tennis players. Based on positive child and adult member feedback, several of our other teaching professionals now use these props when working with our youngest students.
