Eras Tour Watch Party

How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

Inspired by the massive success of Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour and the announcement of its streaming debut on Disney, we seized the opportunity to create a fun and immersive watch party the very day it was released! Members were encouraged to dress in their favorite Taylor Swift-inspired outfits and come ready to sing along to the entire Eras Tour. To enhance the experience, we set up friendship bracelet-making stations where attendees could create, share, and trade bracelets. We also added a photo booth to capture the moment, and provided slushies and popcorn to complete the concert vibe!

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

The event was a huge hit with over 100 attendees, including a fantastic turnout from the often hard-to-engage 10-14 year-old age group. The atmosphere was electric with members singing and dancing throughout the concert screening. Even many parents stayed for the entire event, joining in the fun by making friendship bracelets and enjoying the party alongside their kids. The feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, and the event brought our members together in a truly memorable way.
