Externship: First Hand Experience for Future Club Managers
How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?
For the past 10 years, Farmington's Externship Program offered hands-on learning and professional development to hospitality management students from just two universities.
New for 2018, all hospitality management students who are CMAA student chapter members were eligible to apply. Participation was limited to a small number of students, to ensure a personalized experience.
How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?
