How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

HR created an entire series on benefit education and rolled it out in the fall. We facilitated different modes of delivery:

• Lunch & Learn sessions
• Seminars conducted by outside experts
• On-site vaccination clinics

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

Using a theme to promote benefit-related events and highlighting lesser-known Club features helped educate our staff in a fun, new way. This approach also addressed lingering questions, enabling them to best utilize all the benefits CCV offers its employees.
