How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

In looking at what other clubs have done or are currently doing we decided to focus on something that was already popular like our family brunches and enhance it even more. We decided to do more "fun and exciting" takes on our standard brunches. Enhancing the overall experience for littles and adults.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

At Royal Melbourne we are committed to doing one themed brunch each quarter aside from our traditional "Santa Brunch" or "Easter Brunch." Members really enjoy having more family events available to them. They also appreciate the immersive feeling we are giving them.
