How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

This event program allows our Members one on one time with a number of Chef's on our Culinary team. They get the opportunity to make some of their favorite dishes as a family and they can ask our team a number of questions during the process.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

Our Members enjoy the opportunity that they get when our Chef is able to walk the Dining Room floor during lunch and dinner service. They love to ask questions about their favorite dishes and get recommendations for their own kitchens at home. Family Cooking Class takes all of that a step further. Families receive recipe cards for the items they make during the class to be able to make at home too.
