The Family Holiday Festivals at Houston Racquet Club were designed to bring together different Club events and enhance the experience of our Members. These festivals have proven to be enjoyable and beneficial for our families as they create unforgettable memories while helping the Club maintain event quality and Member engagement.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

The festivals have significantly increased in attendance and not only benefit our employees culturally, but also instill a sense of pride among departments as they collaborate to create a magical experience for our Members.
