Family Gingerbread House Night

How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

In early December of each year, we host a night for families to come together for a wonderful holiday activity. Families gather to build and decorate Gingerbread Houses. TCLS provides all the needed supplies from the Gingerbread to the candy cane fences!

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

We first hosted this event in 2019 after our Event Staff brought the idea to our attention. In 2019 we had 12 families join us. In 2020 we had over 30 families attend. It is a wonderful night of holiday cheer. Our annual Gingerbread House Night brings parents, children, and grandparents together to celebrate the season!
