Father's Day Raffle

How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

Idea Description: For Father’s Day, the Spa created a Father’s Day spa basket. Throughout the month, any male member who came in for a spa service was automatically entered into the raffle.

Enhancement to Operations: This idea helped introduce male members to the Spa and helped them feel comfortable using the spa services. As a result, the normal male spa users tripled.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

Idea Implementation: This promotion was heavily advertised throughout the Club and a gift basked was created out of a tool bag to include nail and cuticle clippers, flip flops, facial cleanser and exfoliant, cuticle oil, and a moisturizer.

Member Reactions: Male members felt more included in the Spa operations and have continued to come back after their initial service.
