How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

Each holiday season, we partner with Cascade Hills Country Club, another area club, to host a unique party swap. We host their employee holiday celebration, while they graciously host ours. The hosting club’s culinary team determines the menu, giving them the opportunity to show-off and impress our friends in the industry. Both clubs waive room rental fees and offer food at-cost allowing us to channel more funds into other areas of the event, such as entertainment and gifts for the staff.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

This exchange allows staff members from both clubs to enjoy an elevated, country club experience and gives employees the opportunity to explore and experience a different club environment. The swap also fosters collaboration, strengthens our relationship with other area clubs, and offers a refreshing way to celebrate the season while building connections in a new setting.
