Fiddler's Chop Shop
How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?
Our chop shop is all about convenience. Our executive Chef has been partnering up with our local Vendors to bring freshness to our members. Not only has the Chop Shop been supporting the local Vendors, but it has shown our members how fresh we keep things at Fiddlers. We run the program Wednesday through to Saturday and 100% goes towards their minimum. We tend to advertise is at a marketplace, if our Members want to get fresh ingredients they can get it at their Chop Shop.
