How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

Utilizing the Charlotte Country Club Golf Shop Instagram page, our golf team periodically posts what we call “Fit Friday” starring Assistant Golf Professional Tyler Williams, PGA. Fit Friday features new apparel that the Golf Shop carries, current sales and deals, featured items for a new season, and more.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

Tyler, alongside other golf teammates of CCC, has posted over a period of August 2024 through December of 2024 - garnering, on average, 2000 views per post. Fit Friday videos have become a phenomenon around the club, with all members looking forward to knowing the new golf shop arrivals without having to drive to the club and step foot in the shop. These videos have accumulated a "know before you go" feeling around shopping at CCC - something that has boosted soft good sales and convenience - especially around a busy holiday season!
