We’ve ‘Bean’ Thinking of You: Free Coffee Friday

How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

When our facilities were closed for the first time in Club history as a result of COVID-19, we wanted to provide an unconventional opportunity for members to visit the Club and experience the person service they missed, so we created Free Coffee Friday. Free Coffee Friday is a drive through event serving complimentary coffee and a treat to the members of your club.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

Free Coffee Friday allowed us to show members we were thinking of them and added membership value during an uncertain time. The tradition continued even as the Club reopened, allowing members of various levels of cautiousness to still enjoy their Club.
