Gainey Wine Dinner

How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

We wanted to take our Wine Dinners to the next level and create lasting memories for our members AND staff! Before our staff started pouring fantastic wines, they broke out in dance and gave the members a show to remember for a very long time!

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

We engaged a professional choreographer to teach our staff the dance 6-weeks before the dinner. Each Friday between 3-4pm the staff had dance lessons. This doubled down for an incredible member experience and team building! Our team was so proud to put on a professional production for our membership. Our members were incredibly proud of our staff. After a great performance and opening Members ate and drank the night away al fresco on our terrace. Summer dreaming was a reality for our Club on June 23rd!
