How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

HRC's Junior Program Director, Sarah Flood, organizes a Grand Prix, a bi-monthly tennis tournament for our Youth. 40 - 50 kids participate in each tournament. It is very popular and it increased participation in our Junior Programs.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

We have received positive feedback from both parents and kids. The parents love the convenience of having it at the Club, and the kids enjoy the competitive aspect as it pushes them to keep improving their game.
