How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

Our 'Getting to Know' series has been a great tool for us to humanize our board and committee members to the membership and team. By getting to know a little bit more about them, we have opened up avenues of connection within our membership.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

Each month in our bi-monthly magazine, we feature a different volunteer leader. We ask them a series of questions that range from their profession to their favorite drink at one of our restaurants. It is a fun way for our members to get to know one another!
