Gingerbread House Decorating Contest

How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

The Gingerbread House Decorating Contest offered the employees a fun and creative way to connect and unwind during the holiday season. Held in the Employee Lounge, the contest encouraged staff to work in teams to design and decorate their gingerbread house. An awards ceremony and enhanced lunch was provided for all the employees. Winners of 1st, 2nd and 3rd place were awarded with gift cards to spend on something for their department to enjoy.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

The contest provided a joyful break, but also fostered friendly competition and collaboration amongst staff, helping to strengthen relationships and build a sense of community.  This initiative helped create lasting memories and solidified the club’s culture of fun, togetherness, and appreciation for its hardworking team.
