Grab & Go Fridge and Ordering System

How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

The idea of having a Grab & Go fridge with beverages (as much local as possible) and also with our Member's favorites has enhanced their experience, in particular with patrons that are coming to the Fitness Center or one of our Pools. A good amount of Members don't want to change clothes to enjoy something quick or they rather take it to go.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

This idea was born in conjunction with our Phoenix Country Club App ordering system, supported by Pacesetter. Not only our members can enjoy their cold favorite sub, wrap or salad but they can also order hot items from our menu and pick it up to go. This is also available to our Golfers to be picked up after their 9th hole into their 10th tee. Our Members are thrilled to have freshly made hot food (instead of those hot dogs on a roller), with an interactive platform that allows them to choose from an array of food items and non-alcoholic beverages (alcoholic beverages must be ordered in person). Their feedback has been invaluable to the overall experience adjusting the offerings and options.
