Greystone Foundation

How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

The Greystone Foundation is targeted toward addressing specific needs that a non-profit has and focuses on maximizing their financial support's impact.

The Foundation raises funds through special events, many of which are sponsored and supported by the residents of the Greystone communities and the Greystone Golf and Country Club.

The Club also offers operational support for the Foundation in the form of financial oversight, graphic design, communications, & hosts an annual golf tournament and several fundraising events.

The IRS recognizes the Foundation as a 501 (c) (3) organization in good standing, and all of the people who support it are Volunteers – which means the funds raised deliver maximum impact to the Community around Greystone.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

The club members have supported the vision of the Foundation and generously give their time and talent to make the Foundation a success.
