Greystone University Member Curriculum

How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

Greystone University is a program for members to become ambassadors by investing their time to learn about Club operations in a classroom-like setting. Members attend a one hour-long class each week over the span of six weeks. Once completed, Members receive a $500 gift card for Club purchases and representation on a class composite plaque. The Graduates of this program go on to help improve member development and retention.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

Classes were announced in the early Spring of 2022 and were held in the summer. Each series of classes were fully booked. The graduates have gone on to become more involved in their club with more attendance at events and volunteering to work on a committee or interest in being a board member. They have also shared their experience with fellow members awaiting the next set of classes.
