How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

This event has created excitement around our new Golf Simulators for both our jr. golfers and their parents! The Jr. Golfers have loved getting to use the simulators and learn how they can enhance their game. Many of their parents had never used the simulators and were excited to learn and realize that they could use them any time. The event has also generated additional income for our golf professionals during the winter months with juniors excited to sign up for lessons.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

Our golf professionals divided the juniors up between the three bays and worked with them on different skill sets in each bay. We marketed the event to teens on our youth committee as well as our Junior Golf Program participants which helped drive traffic. The members have loved the idea and we've had great participation for the event. It has also driven more traffic to our Simulator Bays (as well as our attached restaurant/bar) outside of the clinic as some of the kids and their parents started using them more often once they understood how they worked.
