How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

The Growth & Development Series began as a single event I organized for my team. When shared with senior management, the concept garnered interest across other departments, leading to significant participation from employees outside my immediate team. Encouraged by this enthusiasm and with the support of my General Manager, I expanded the series, scheduling additional sessions. Over the past 18 months, we’ve welcomed four accomplished professionals who have shared their expertise and insights, inspiring our staff to strive for personal and professional excellence.
