How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

Guest Bartender was a concept that was created to bring more business to our outdoor patio bar during the shoulder months. In order to drive traffic, we highlighted two members as our Guest Bartenders every Friday night! Each member that is chosen as a guest bartender gets to select their drink of choice to feature as a special while they are bartending. Any member that orders the special, can expect to have their drink made by the Guest Bartender! Our Members have really embraced this concept and have FUN with it when it is their chance to be featured.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

Members stop by the club prior to the event to create their promo video, which is then posted on social media. Not only does this event create more business for the Club, it also gives the members a feeling of camaraderie and the chance to be spotlighted!
