How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

Our annual Halloween party is nothing shy of spooky. Each year, our team of halloween experts works a few weeks in advance to craft a scary, one of a kind haunted house for people of all ages to experience. Each year is different, so members never know what to expect. Some people may be too intimidated to walk through our haunted house, so we rented a large portable screen to “live-stream” the video cameras that are in the haunted house. We tuned into the security cameras in our fitness center to see reactions! Parents could watch and see where their kids are and their reactions when they get spooked.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

We have previously rented this portable screen for our members to watch Nebraska Husker Football at the pool, as well as for our end of the year swim team banquet. We believe that doing things that are different and exciting will keep our members engaged and committed to Champions Run. Having a jumbo screen to watch people get scared is doing just that. Prior to the event, we also played a variety of Champion Run videos that displayed all of the awesome memories that have happened here.
