How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

This idea has enhanced the participation of our Teens at the Club. Our Youth Committee brought up the idea of something they would enjoy doing together and we were excited to make it happen for them. We realize a few years ago that teens were a little lost when it came to programming, so we wanted to come up with things that were specifically for them to get them back up to and interested in the Club. We ended up with 50 teens, all excited to spend time with their Field Club friends! The parents were pleased to have something fun for their kids without having to worry about being their transportation for the night!

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

We kicked things off with games, a pizza buffet, and plenty of sodas, then piled into the bus for a spooky trip to the Haunted House. After everyone got their fill of scares, we headed back to the Club for popcorn, candy, and a chilling movie marathon. The event was a huge hit, with lots of teens even bringing their friends to join in on the frightful fun!
