How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

Our Members love our Special Holiday Brunches. We decided to take our Family Christmas Brunch to the next level by turning the space into Whoville. Members bring their extended family and they get the opportunity to celebrate the holidays without lifting a finger. With strolling Mr. & Mrs. Clause and Mr. Grinch the whole place feels like you've stepped into the real movie.

During COVID we decided to create a program for Gingerbread Decorating at home. We wanted to give our Members a bit of the Holidays at home since they were not able to come and celebrate at the Club. We had preassembled Gingerbread houses and a ton of options for the decorations all packaged up and delivered right to the Members car. Once the Club was fully operational again, the Members had a request to continue the event. We now have an in person decorating party with a Santa band, hot chocolate and treats. Members can also purchase a House to take home.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

We decided to change up our Family Christmas Brunch from just being Christmas themed to a Whoville theme. Our Members had wonderful things to say and enjoyed how magical it made the event feel.

Our Members are huge fans of the Gingerbread House Party, they look forward to it all Holiday season. The quality and ease of the preassembled houses is unmatched to any grocery store house.
