How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

Charlotte Country Club introduced several new membership categories this year. three modified senior membership classes and a new temporary “House Member” category were created to protect the member experience, manage applicant time on the waitlist, and add financing options for our golf course renovation, which is set to begin in Spring of 2025. CCC created these categories after analyzing data surrounding golf course usage habits of members, a significant capacity factor for CCC. Eligibility to join any of the Senior membership categories is only available to members over the age of 65 and who have been members for a minimum of fifteen years. Each level has a percentage of reduced operational and/or capital dues based on restricted access. The new House Member category has full access to all club amenities except golf. These members must transfer into a full access member once a slot becomes available.
