How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

This past summer, we introduced a brand-new concept to the Poolside Grill. Moving beyond the regular novelty ice creams and popsicles everyone adores, we’ve elevated our offerings by transforming the Grill into a fully operational ice cream shop. This innovation has sparked a wave of creativity and introduced numerous new ideas, enhancing the beloved experience of enjoying ice cream on a hot summer day by the pool!

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

We installed an ice cream freezer and a showcase, transforming half of our Grill into an enticing ice cream shop. The addition was met with enthusiasm from our members, delighting children and parents alike. As the summer progressed, our ideas grew more elaborate, allowing us to explore a variety of cool concepts. We introduced fun pop-ups, specialty milkshakes, and sundaes. In a creative twist, we invited our employees to concoct their own milkshake creations at the season’s end. After a taste-testing vote, the winning milkshake earned its place as one of our biweekly specials, celebrated by all.
