How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

We took a tired and uninspired outdoor grill concept to the next level by developing a fun, creative and convenient service outlet for our members to enjoy. The fresh new variety of easy grab & go snacks has resulted in an increase in revenue and has greatly enhanced the experience of using our outdoor decks and pool area overlooking the busy marina.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

Our management team brainstormed ideas and looked for ways to better utilize this old space. We worked with a graphic designer to translate our vision into a branded theme complete with it's own logo. We opened at the beginning of the season to great success. The membership and our team are very proud of their new Galley concept and enjoy stopping by for a snack to enjoy around the pool or even to stock their boat for a day trip.
