How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

Club Members and staff are tuning in to our Insider Podcast for inspirational and motivational material and to learn who our team members are! We shout out milestone work anniversaries, Club updates, Member comments and feedback, special awards, upcoming events, and last but not least, interviews with our rockstar employees. We have interviewed over 80 team members, and what better way to engage with our employees than to feature them on a podcast? This podcast helps our employees and members to be more engaged with each other.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

Starting in March of 2019, Thomas our COO, began interviewing employees to get to know them better and boost morale. Motivational and educational topics enhanced the employees’ experience. Members love that staff are featured and prize drawings are offered. We kick off each podcast on its special airing day with a listening party with a breakfast party atmosphere. We want the rockstar to feel important and the star of the show!
