How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

When an inconvenient and unplanned project suddenly closed the kitchen for Ollie’s, one of our Club restaurants, we had to pivot quickly and launched a Sushi Pop-Up. With a special sushi menu takeover, we were able to keep Ollie’s open, operate in our normal dining room from a remote kitchen, and retool staff.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

Members were impressed – they enjoyed the unique experience and the pop-up pivot allowed the Club to keep all dining options open for members during an unforeseen event. The results? A retention of 65% of year-over year sales as well as 100% staff retention.
