How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

Engage lady golfers of all levels! Over the pandemic we had an increase of lady golfers and we wanted to capture this audience for the years to come.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

We created our Ladies Golf Expo where ladies of El Niguel could connect and participate in the different golf offerings at our Club. From the beginners at West Tees to the WGA and our more advanced athletes we had something for everyone! #proudtobeencc
