How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

Taking tradition "club" events like Men's Stag Night and Ladies Happy Hour and turning them into a youth event that centers around the concept of gathering and making memories.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

We marketed the Adult and Youth version together. Some of our younger members, the parents, now attend the events that were previously more of an older crowd. We are seeing more inter-generational tables and camaraderie at the events.
