Locker Clean-out Bags & Tags

How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

Does your club host events that require members to clean out their lockers? We host a PGA TOUR Champions event, the Dominion Energy Charity Classic. Each year, leading up to and during the tournament, members are displaced from the locker room to accommodate Pro-Am participants and the professional golfers. Asking members to clean out lockers for a tournament that also takes away golfing days is inconvenient… so we thought of Locker Clean-out Bags and Tags as an easy solution! To lessen the inconvenience of this locker clean-out for our members, we provided bags for them to use for their belongings. A tag was also provided, on which they were able to write their name, locker number, and contact information. Once the bag was filled with their locker contents, members were invited to take their bag home with them during the tournament, or even give it to the Club to store.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

The locker clean-out bags and tags provided a quick and easy way for members to clean out their lockers. Additionally, the new process kept member possessions organized and safe.
