How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

The Club acquires various sized baby sleepers from a local supplier and has them imprinted with the Club's logo. Sleepers are then gifted to Members when they have a baby shower at the Club or when a little one is born into the family. The gifts are accompained with a personalized card welcoming the new addition to the Southwood family and signed by the Management Team and Staff.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

The cost is minimal and Members love receiving such a personalized gift, as well as the early introduction to Club life, the novelty of a logoed Club item at such a young age, and the inclusion to the Club family. In addition, Members and family love to post pictures and express their gratitude on Social Media resulting in added exposure for the Club and acknowledging one of the many initiatives the Club uses to make Members feel special and valued.
