M.O.M. Knows Best: Enhanced Operations with a Reference Manual
How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?
Having a one stop, quick reference document solved the need to interrupt service when questions arise regarding allergies or menu items. We also used it as a training tool for new employees.
How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?
The best part of the plan was the ease of implementation. All work was done ahead of time, all we had to do was alert the staff to its existence and if questions came up they were quickly and simply solved. The club members are put at ease when they are able to look at the complete ingredients list for any and all menu items. This is especially helpful for members with young children who have allergies.
