How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

Managerial- Separating itself from the CCC internship, the MIT program allows participants to gain managerial experience across all outlets of our Food and Beverage operation. They flow from element to element, picking up major skillsets along the way.

Immersive- The MIT is a dynamic, hands-on experience that spans multiple departments, ensuring comprehensive development across all facets of the private club industry.

Tactful- Our program is meticulously crafted to establish a solid foundation of expertise, coupled with personalized goal setting and development. Invaluable opportunities to grow and learn, tour and benchmark, these elements set the expectation for what a MIT Program is.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

This was implemented in 2023 by our Food and Beverage team! It has been great as we needed to bridge that gap from being fresh out of college and ready for a manager role!
