How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

A Member Development Postcard, which can be sent by email in PDF, via download from our website or app, or sent the old fashioned way, by U.S Mail, the "Wish You Were Here Too!" postcard is designed to be sent to any member's friend, neighbor, or colleague during any time of the year, or during any one of our great club events.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

The Member Development Postcard Program is highly scalable and easy to customize and change on the fly. Add images to represent the season, or a golf, social, racquet, lodge, tennis, swim, or other events, printed and distributed in acrylic displays throughout the club campus. The recipient is provided a link to the website that functions with our Director of Membership Development's CRM for quick and easy follow up.

The program was first introduced in our Newsletter and E-News, as well as reinforced across all other communication channels. Holiday cards were added during the Christmas season and in later winter months, winter scenes of activity at the Lodge, new Golf Learning Center and Racquet Center cards were added. A new flier was introduced to enhance initiatives of the Director of Membership Development. Members responded by using up the first supply of 600 cards and more were printed and placed throughout the club.
