How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

Each quarter, we produce "The Divot" where members get a look back at golf, social events and memories of the past quarter. "The Divot" also is a communication platform we use to look ahead of what's to come. Within "The Divot" we feature "Member Stories" where we honor members and some of their amazing achievements, like Young Park who was an Olympic Speed Skater!

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

The Divot Member Features quickly became a member favorite cheering on their own friends! As memberships grow, often these stories go untold, it was our pleasure to put a spotlight on our members as the main events! #proudtobeencc
