Member Informational Fair

How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

The Informational Fair was designed to educate both new and existing Members within a welcoming social environment. It served as a platform to share Club updates, highlight what each department offers, and inform Members about how they can get involved in upcoming events and activities. This event has greatly enhanced our Club operations, as it provides Members with a clearer understanding of all the Club has to offer. It also allows for face-to-face interactions with staff, so members recognize and know exactly who to approach for information.  This has contributed to the Club’s warm and welcoming atmosphere.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

The Informational Fair was organized with the support of managers and directors from every department at Broken Sound, who collaborated to highlight the Club’s offerings, including amenities, culinary options, social activities, and more.  The fair also marked the launch of our new mobile app, offering Members the chance to receive on-site guidance for logging in and navigating the app. As Broken Sound is a very active Club with new members joining throughout the year and seasonal Members returning, the event provided a great opportunity for all Members to explore the club, learn about upcoming events and activities, and connect with their neighbors. The Member reaction was extremely positive, with over 400 attending and rave reviews for the education and integration it provided Members.
