How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

The idea of the for the Member Mix N Mingle has given value to the Membership by providing a complimentary event every month. Members look forward to mingling with each other and the Executive Team. The Mix n Mingle also allows our Food and Beverage team to get creative with the menu and showcase new banquet displays.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

The idea was implemented by working with the Events Team. Each month, our Chef’s create a menu of heavy hors d’oeuvres and a fine selections of wines to present for the evening. This allows us to showcase our culinary talents as well as present the items with updated catering and banquet equipment. The Mix n Mingle is marketed to the Members through our weekly email, posters and other internal marketing. The Members then register for the event through their online Member portal, however, Members who didn’t get the change to sign up are still welcome to attend. Members have been very excited about this event and some show up every month with attendance more than doubling from the first one to the most recent.
