Membership Mondays

How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

As the new Membership Director, one of her first goals is to connect with the current Members and get to know them, allow them to get to know her, and learn about the Club through their eyes. It can be overwhelming to try and learn the names and faces of 4,000+ Members.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

Membership Mondays allow Members to engage with a new employee and perhaps meet a Member or two they had not known previously. Many of the attendees are grateful for the lunch and new connections made and want to come back another Monday. Membership Mondays give the Membership Director the chance to meet Members in a more intimate setting and learn more about why they love HRC!
