How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

This year, the Houston Racquet Club's primary goal is to provide activities for our 2–4-year old’s. With the membership constantly changing, we noticed an increase in families with this particular age group. This resulted in an influx of increased attendance at our Kids Club. We created programming for this age group to give these children the same opportunities as older children.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

We set out to talk to our members and gauge our children's interests. We built the foundation of our programming with the mindset to recreate some of our older activities for our Mini Members, modifying it as we went. We received such positive feedback from parents and children that we knew this age group would be in high demand and will continue creating programming for this group of children.
