How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

Rasing the bar one creation at a time! We wanted to create an amazing experience for our members with cutting edge craft cocktails. We did just that with our newly established Mixologist Team! This doubled as member experiences and team building!

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

We empowered our lead trainers by extending invitations for Mixology education. Each team member underwent Mixology certifications and extensive training. Included in their training was passing the WSET level 2 Spirts education and WSET level 1 Wines education. Currently, the team sets aside "creative time" each week to develop new and tasty creations for our membership. From dehydrating fruit to simmering spices in the kitchen for flavored simple syrups, this team is raising the BAR! #proudtobeencc
