How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

In August 2021, we launched the DAC Insider, an app designed to serve the internal communications needs of our staff through that most ubiquitous of delivery systems—the smartphone.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

Working with our software vendor, Staffbase, a team of DAC leadership planned and executed—and seamlessly and successfully, no less—the rollout of a piece of technology that has become the epicenter of essential information, ranging from HR documents, Clubhouse events, staff news such as employees of the month, birthdays—and perhaps the most essential and most valued piece of information: What’s for lunch?
