Idea Fair
Mother's Day Decor
How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?
Our in-house event designer, Gayle York, created personalized, inexpensive and interactive décor for Mother’s Day. Gayle created a personalizable photo op using mainly plywood, chalkboard paint, crown molding, colored paper and hot glue which cost a mere $130. The plywood was painted with chalkboard paint and outlined in gold crown molding. Paper flowers were made by cutting out petals from templates and attaching with hot glue. These inexpensive paper flowers were added around the Clubhouse as well for a cohesive and impactful look.
How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?
Children loved the creativity of getting to tag this chalkboard. Members will cherish this fun and meaningful photo and think back fondly on their times at the Club.
This inexpensive and easily customizable concept is adaptable for other holidays and events including Easter, birthdays, baby showers and even weddings!
