How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

In 2021, the golf department was ushering in a brand new team of golf professionals. We wanted to create an event for our LGA ladies to mingle with each other, get to know the new staff, and enjoy a fun day out on the course!

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

With the format being a scramble, Mulligans and Margaritas allowed any female member at Farmington to participate in this Ladies Golf Association-sponsored event. It was the second most attended Ladies Golf event at Farmington. The excitement, inclusiveness, and camaraderie that this event brought were felt throughout the Club. The idea was well received by the LGA and they wanted to sponsor it. We have now morphed this idea in the 2022 theme of "9 & Wine" scheduled for June, July, and August.
