How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

When staff feel overwhelmed, they are invited to visit HR, sip a cup of tea, chat, draw a card from the “stress less” or “reiki” deck with advice on relaxation, or simply get further information on our Employee Assistance Plans, including a mental well-being program.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

This is idea came based on a Swedish practice called "fika" that invites you to pause, take a break, have something to eat and drink while offering a moment to rejuvenate. It allows you to disconnect and focus on the present moment grounding yourself here and now. Combined with the idea of the "reiki" method of grounding yourself, drawing a card from the "stress less" deck gives direction on how to achieve that.
